Twisted Thicket and the Truth-o-Meter

This is surely not a surprise to every Poptropica Fan. Twisted Thicket will be available for members on April 12 and non-members May 2nd.

I am super excited for this island because there is going to be mystery and magic! What can be better? What scares me is, since the trees are twisted, does that mean the truth is too? I hope not because if so, it's going to be hard to solve this mystery. Either way, I- Speedy Wing- will solve the mystery and detect the truth with the lies! I wonder if it's a good time to... bring out the Truth-o-Meter!

Sorry about that. The only way to turn it off was to... um, destroy it. So much for knowing who's telling the truth. I guess I'll just have to use my knowledge and skill. Well, see you around Poptropicans!

Vampires are invading Poptropica!!!

Everyone... run for your lives!!! Poptropica is... Oh, um... hi! Sorry, I just came back from a very long trip- or should I say vacation from my hideout. So sorry for not coming back but now, here I am!

Well, that was relaxing but now I found out... Poptropica is cursed with vampires?! How in Poptropica did this happen?! Oh sure they are cool but first of all, blood. YUCK. What has become of Poptropica? I mean, first the ghosts were kinda scary but now, werewolves and vampires? Luckily, the hideout is located in Mythology and not those places- for now anyways...

Seems like this is the new island to look forward to. Seems like Vampires are a huge trend right now and Poptropica just had to follow. Oh well! I can't wait... well maybe I can wait, for this island. This is going to be interesting... I just hope it doesn't follow with the popular Twilight saga. (I'm sorry but I dispise the movies and books.)

Well, hopefully I don't get bitten before the island releases!

S.O.S. Island

All aboard!

Oh hey! I'm just leaving the hideout for a moment to go on a cruise and whale watching. Hopefully, nothing happens but knowing me, trouble is always around the corner. Well, this upcoming island is "S.O.S" so I'm guessing trouble will strike. Oh well! I'll be here to save the day.

Ghost Story Island!

Hi everyone! I'm back! A good friend of mine got me off the island. Well, Ghost Story Island is not out for members! It's time to hunt those ghosts!

Mystery Train is out this Friday!! (Hurray!) I bet all of you non-members (like yours truely) can't wait to get that old magnify glass out of that closet! It's going to be time to solve the mystery!

I can't wait so to keep my anticipation down, I'm going to go to D.C. Diner and work there again... for the last time before I quit. Alright, well, I'm gonna get going! It's almost time to see Thomas Edison once again and make fun of him! I really don't know what's up with me bullying him. I'll get over it later.

It's time to climb!

Money Ladder is here!! The game is pretty basic. Just answer the questions right each time and get to the top of the ladder. It's really similar to the real gameshow: Who wants to be a Millionare?

There are many categories. (My favorite is movie based or music ones!) You have to know about many different types of things but if you don't know, here's a hint. Remember the question and choose a random answer. Then open a new page and search the answer. Then select no and choose the correct answer. They do lots of Disney movies, popular movies, and popular music. Some of the questions are also based on sports and also knowledge. I had lots of fun going on the gameshow and I can't wait for the actually island! I think it's kinda rare to see 2 mini-games on at the same time. I guess this will keep us entertained then!

Climbing the ladder was kinda tricky at first but after 4 tries, I finally got it! I'm afraid of heights so... that was kinda hard. I guess I never figured how high it was until the top. I guess I was focusing on the questions too much.....

Remember all those sneek peeks of the robots and game shows? Well, the new island is going to be called Game Show Island!!

It seems like it's going to be a 'legend.' So all my predictions about robots taking over a game show was some-what right. Here's the description of the island.

Welcome to a future where robots rule. Building computers to compete on TV game shows seemed like a funny idea - until the machines wanted more. Now, after years of robotic dominance, Poptropica needs a savior. Are you clever enough to beat the robots at their own games, and restore the dignity of all Poptropicans?

Who knew that robots would be the ones taking over Poptropica?? I wonder who Mr. Yoshi and what E.Vile has to do with this.

Game Show Island??

Okay, I was looking around on the sneek peeks to find out more about the new island and look at this!

Neat right?? It looks really similar to a game show "Who wants to be a Millionaire." Remember my old game show theory?? I have a whole new one now!! Okay, this is how it goes.

On 'Robot Island' you arrive and everyone is talking about a huge game show that happenes every week. Mr. Yoshi is the amazing creator or host of the game shows. Every week, they have a new game and they pick random contestants to go to the show. (Sounds a bit like Reality TV right??) Well, the robots are created by Mr. Yoshi and sometimes they go as 'challenges' for the contestants. On TV, it seems like the contestants are okay but they really aren't. You get invited to the game show and you go there. You play a game and while they are shooting for TV, you win but when they go for a commercial break, robots attack you and you knock out. When you wake-up, you see lots of people from other shows and notice that they have E.Vile Inc. on the shirts. That's when you start to notice that Mr. Yoshi is going to take over the world. You have to find legendary swords to destroy different types of robots.

How do you like it?? Is it better than my first one?

Mystery Train Island!

Hey everyone! As many of you know, Mystery Train is out for everyon- I mean members. Sorry about that. I was just so excited and all. Well, at least we have a short demo like for Shrink Ray Island! The island was released today at 4:21 Eastern Time. (4 for 4th birthday and 21 for 21st island! Clever right?)

It's almost time to depart!! It sounds like we are going to have a blast going on the train!

Here's a change that I noticed in Poptropica today. They changed the inventory up a bit.

It looks like your backpack has a new look. Now they divided the islands. 11 on one side and 12 on the other. Looks more organized right? *Choo Choo!* Oops! Looks like the train is about to leave! Click read more to see more about my short trip!

Okay, so my trip started out by how everyone is getting ready for the ride. I was exploring and saw Thomas Edison pushing some suitcases.

TE: Why are you laughing at me in that picture?! You knew I needed help.

SW: I was just thinking of the times we had together and you look funny like that. You should work out more.

TE: Well you wouldn't be having light nor computers if it wasn't for me!

SW: *struck* Okay. I'm sorry. Need some help?

I built a ramp to help the luggage up. (Sorry. There was a glitch when I did it so no picture.)

SW: That was easy. You could've done it if you worked out more.

TE: *ignores my sentence* Thanks. Do you want to go on the train with me? I could use your assistance. *hands me ticket* Meet me at my cabin.
